Finding Peace is really not all that difficult a thing.
Grabbing it and holding on to it, taking it with you everywhere you go, that’s the tricky part. 😉
Wishing you a Peace-Full week.
Thank you! I know this reply is late, but life continues to get in the way….I appreciate your positive outlook. Hoping your week is going well. The storms have quieted down a bit here. My bedroom TV was a casualty in one particularly nasty storm we had Saturday evening. It wasn’t switched on at the time (I don’t watch on the weekends), but when I went to turn it on Monday after work, it was quite dead. It survived one lightning strike last year (one of the MDI ports was fried, but the other still worked). I guess it’s now out of its misery! 😀
Hi Sandy! Always nice to hear from you at any time. 🙂
If your local TV fare is anything like mine lately that thunderstorm did you a huge favour!
TV used to be my ‘go-to’ method of relaxing at night but now, even though the number of channels i get has quadrupled i cannot find anywhere near as much to enjoy as i used to say 10 years ago.
One station’s programming this weekend consisted of showing Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich in ‘The Fifth Element’ (which i quite enjoyed when i saw it the first two or three times back in the 90’s). But they showed it in it’s entirety SIX times! Consecutively, back to back!?? What the…???
Apart from that ( and having a blood sample taken for my regular check-ups) the week has been wonderful, still not a lot of rain, but glorious mild sunny days and Winter is officially 3 weeks away? I’ve been getting beautiful photos i hope to be posting shortly.
I Hope your storms go away soon and you can relax a little more. Take Care Hun,
Bob.
I absolutely know what you mean about TV. I never watch on the weekends and only put it on in the evening to unwind. i mainly watch true crime stories and home improvement. The rest is garbage.
I’ll be sure to look for your photos! I have GOT to get back out. I need a new supply of photos for the site, and just have to bite the bullet and find some new areas to photograph.
Hope your mild weather continues. Are you in an area that gets snow in the winter? Or is your climate tropical like mine? Enjoy your weekend! 🙂
The weekend was great – thank you! 🙂
Keep your eyes open as you travel around and don’t forget to have a camera handy! Do you get bursts of new flowers in your Spring? 😉
No – Perth never gets snow, the closest we get is hailstorms. 🙂 I’d have to travel 300 miles to see any snow and then hardly enough to make it worth the trip. We’re not that tropical here – ours is a very dry heat, but most of the year it is warm and sunny.
Our climate is changing and we get much less rain than we used to last century. 😦
Wishing an exciting week for you!
Bob
As it turns out, it was a fabulous week with family, and I was able to get some shots that I hope to use here in the very near future!
As for Spring–there wasn’t one here in FL–we went from “winter” (such as it is) to the depths of summer. 🙂 That’s Florida for you! It was cool out in California, so i was able to enjoy a break in the heat.
Thank you for the explanation of the climate in Perth. It sounds similar to Arizona here in the states.
